Heart to Heart Hospice Recognized as We Honor Veterans Partner
Flint, MI – Heart to Heart Hospice is proud to be a continued partner of We Honor Veterans (“WHV”), a pioneering program created by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (“NHPCO”), in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs, to meet the needs of Veterans facing a lifelimiting illness. Heart to Heart Hospice of Flint has achieved the highest level of recognition as a WHV hospice provider and has made a commitment to enhance the quality of care for Veterans and their families at the end of life.

As a WHV Level 4 provider, Heart to Heart Hospice of Flint has increased their capacity to serve Veterans and care for their specific needs, implemented ongoing Veteran-centered education for staff and volunteers, and supported the development of strategic partnerships at both local and regional levels to increase access to quality end of life care for Veterans and their families.
