Office Support Coordinator

What You Must Have:
• High school diploma or its equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of office experience
• Ability to work with other employees and provide customer focused support for field agencies
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and computer literacy
• EMR and/or healthcare experience a plus
• Organized work habits, ability to multitask with accuracy
• Reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance

What You Will Do:
• Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls with effective customer service and professional skills
• Receive and direct visitors and clients
• General clerical duties including, but not limited, to photocopying, fax and mailing
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Work with and support other team members
• Support staff in assigned project-based work
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information
• Provide high level of customer service and professionalism
• Timely submission of all documentation
• Performance of other duties as required
• Ensure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and procedures
