Olive Branch Hospice has joined the Heart to Heart Hospice family as Heart to Heart Hospice of the Lakes Area. In order to better serve both patients and families, as well as the healthcare community, we have expanded our service area, hospice care teams and operational resources with Heart to Heart Hospice as the parent organization.

Given the geography of the eastern Gulf Coast area, it is imperative to have contingency plans in place, and becoming Heart to Heart Hospice of the Lakes Area allows us to provide better care outcomes. This new relationship offers a greater continuity of care for patients and expands our resources for emergency preparedness and care teams, enabling us to have a faster response time for end-of-life patients.

We have the same great comfort care, excellent caregiver support and same warm faces, hearts, and passion of Olive Branch, now doing business as Heart to Heart Hospice of the Lakes Area.

When is it time for hospice? Who is eligible?
