We are committed to creating a supportive and safe environment for our patients and their caregivers at the new Heart to Heart Hospice Evansville Inpatient Center (formerly the Charlier Hospice Center). In the midst of a medical crisis or emergency, at the end-of-life, it can be difficult to find an environment that provides these things for a patient and their loved ones. 

We provide a warm, beautifully decorated, family centered, home-like environment, in the only free-standing hospice facility in Evansville. Offering both inpatient and respite care, the inpatient center serves patients and families who live in Evansville and surrounding communities.

When you enter the center, you will notice the tranquil comforts of home created for you and your loved one. Each private room is beautifully decorated with warm, inviting colors and ample seating to accommodate large families or visiting friends. We offer private rooms, each with own private bathroom with shower.

Families are encouraged to bring flowers, photographs and other favorite items to remind them of a life well lived. Children and qualified pets under adult supervision are welcomed. Based on the needs and values of each patient and their family, our professional, on-site physicians, nurses, social workers, and chaplains provide a genuine level of compassionate hospice care.

You will find the common area space comfortable and a full array of amenities to help stay close to your loved one while tending to personal or business matters.
